RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we're here to help.


RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • The item must be in its original packaging (if applicable)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Worn, washed, or damaged products

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

To start a return, please contact us at:

Include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.


RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
